Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Incli Monom website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Enrollment and Program Participation

Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion based on program capacity, applicant qualifications, and other factors.

Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completion of all required documentation. Your enrollment in a specific cohort is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Program Requirements

Students must meet attendance requirements, complete assignments, and maintain appropriate conduct. Failure to meet these requirements may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Payment and Refund Policy

Tuition Fees

All tuition fees must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change.

Refund Policy

  • Before program start: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
  • Within first week: Full refund minus the administrative fee
  • After first week: Prorated refund based on remaining weeks, minus 20% administrative fee
  • After 50% program completion: No refund

Late Payment

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension from the program and forfeiture of course access. A late fee of 5% may be applied to overdue payments.

Intellectual Property

Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, assignments, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Incli Monom or our licensed partners. Students may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrollment.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or sell course materials to third parties
  • Record, screenshot, or reproduce materials without permission
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works from our materials

Student Work

You retain ownership of projects and assignments you create during the program. By enrolling, you grant us a license to use your work for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate attribution.

User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during application and enrollment
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
  • Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism
  • Comply with all program policies and guidelines

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
  • Cheating or plagiarism
  • Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Disruption of classes or learning environment

Website Use

Technology

We are not liable for technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures that may affect your access to course materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incli Monom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incli Monom, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately.
