Why We Started

In 2019, our founders noticed a pattern. Tech companies across Singapore were struggling to find qualified candidates despite thousands of IT graduates entering the market each year.

The disconnect was clear: traditional education focused on concepts that mattered a decade ago, while employers needed skills relevant today.

We built Incli Monom to bridge that gap. Every course is designed with input from hiring managers, updated quarterly to reflect current tools and practices, and taught by professionals who work in the field.
